HCMC – PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer JSC (DCM) has set the record date of August 23 to pay a dividend of VND900 per share for 2017. The firm, which currently has 529.4 million outstanding shares, will make the payment on September 12. DCM made a consolidated net profit of VND413 billion on net revenue of VND3.24 trillion in the first half of this year, down 26.9% and up 6.8% year on-year, meeting 64% and 59% of its full-year targets, respectively.

HCMC – Vietnam Electrical Equipment Corporation (GEX) will spend VND338.8 billion paying a 2017 cash dividend for its shareholders at 10%, or VND1,000 per share. Currently, the firm has 266.8 million outstanding shares. The firm will make the payment on August 31. Besides, GEX will issue 67.76 million bonus shares to be given at a one-for-five ratio to raise its registered capital to VND4.07 trillion. GEX targets a consolidated net profit of VND1.82 trillion on revenue of VND15 trillion this year.

HCMC – Dinh Vu Port Investment & Development JSC (DVP) earned a net profit of roughly VND87 billion on revenue of over VND184.5 billion in the second quarter of this year, down 4% and up 2% year-on-year, respectively. DVP aims for a pretax profit of VND65 billion on revenue of VND145 billion in quarter three.

HCMC – PetroVietnam Gas Corporation (GAS) plans to pay an interim cash dividend for 2018 at a ratio of 20%. GAS will make the payment in September or October.

HCMC – Tien Bo JSC (TTB) will start trading over 46.8 million shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange next Friday, August 17 at the reference price of VND22,100 each.

HCMC – Danang Seaproducts Import-Export Corporation (Seadanang), a shareholder of Long Hau Corporation (LHG), will be selling its entire holding of over 752,000 LHG shares or 1.5% of the firm’s charter capital, via matching and put-through transactions from August 10 to September 7. Earlier, Seadanang offloaded one million LHG shares.

HCMC – Le Van Tam, board chairman of Lam Son Sugar Corporation (LSS), will be buying one million LSS shares via matching and put-through transactions from August 13 to September 11. Tam is expected to raise his ownership in LSS to 4.37% or over 3.06 million shares.

HCMC – Individual investor Le Thi Nga successfully purchased four million shares of TMT Motors Corporation (TMT), or 10.7%, on August 3. Therefore, she has become a major shareholder of TMT. Before this transaction, she did not own any TMT shares.

HANOI – Construction JSC (MST) has decided to purchase three million shares of Traffic and Urban Infrastructure Construction JSC (Trainco) at VND20,000 per share. If the deal is successful, MST will raise its stake in Trainco to 22.7%.
