South Korea to hold Cultural and Culinary Festival in Hanoi

HCMC - The Vietnam – South Korea Cultural and Culinary Festival will take place near the Lake Park in Daewoo Starlake Hanoi from November 30 to December 2, providing lots of exciting experiences to visitors. 

The festival is expected to be a paradise for food lovers in Hanoi with thousands of special Korean dishes such as kimchi, bibimbap, kimbap, and bulgogi jungol. Specially, some Korean restaurants in the city will demonstrate how kimchi and other Korean food are made.

Korean artists Haha and Skull, together with famous rappers from the Korean hiphop scene including jeebanofff, Zizo, Maasung, and M.Tyson will perform at the festival.

Haha, whose real name is Ha Dong Hoon, is a singer and variety show host. He is best known in Vietnam for co-hosting SBS's Running Man show.

Jo Sung Jin, better known by his stage name Skull, is a reggae (a music genre originated in Jamaica) singer and prior member of Stony Skunk - South Korea's first reggae duo. He is famous for his long dreadlocks that is a trademark of Jamaica music culture.

Traditional dances and K-pop dance cover performances from top dance troupes including Gangwon Traditional Art Troupe from South Korea and Lotus from Vietnam are expected to make this year’s festival exciting.
