HCMC - Saigon Café Restaurant on Level 1 of the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers is offering a world class brunch featuring seven interactive cooking stations every Sunday.

Guests can savor a tantalizing array of international delights consisting of premium seafood, mouth-watering Pan-Asian cuisine, Vietnamese specialties, Western, Japanese delicacies and Indian delights.

There are also a large selection of delectable desserts, creative cocktails, together with DJ performances.

The brunch is priced at VND1,688,000++ per person and served from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Li Bai Restaurant on Level 2 offers delicious dishes featuring Tiger prawn prepared by Li Bai’s talented kitchen team throughout January. Diners can enjoy Tiger prawn cooked in different styles such as Tiger prawn steamed with Chinese herbs or Tiger prawn steamed with glass noodles and garlic sauce.

Steak connoisseurs can enjoy the exquisite and delicious Butter-Aged U.S. tenderloin beef delicacy at Signature Restaurant on Level 23 this month. Diners can indulge in gloriously tender and juicy U.S. tenderloin beef beautifully coated by a log of butter served with choices of side dish and homemade sauce.

The Lounge at the Hotel Lobby has launched a selection of delicious bento boxes, including beef bulgogi bento, chicken katsu bento or nasi goreng bento. There is also a cool collection of drinks to match such as matcha latte with jelly, matcha lemon blended or matcha coconut.
