HCMC - Saigon Café Restaurant on the first level of the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers is one of the highly recommended places in town to enjoy the most wonderful time of the year during the Lunar New Year holiday (Tet) and embark on a culinary journey with authentic Vietnamese highlights.

The Vietnamese inspired buffet on February 4 will feature an array of traditional Vietnamese food, including prawn and tien vua salad, tet cake and vegetable pickle, baked whole sturgeon fish, crispy pork with honey and sesame seeds, chicken curry, wok fried crab with tamarind sauce, crispy capelin fish, and premium seafood.

A dazzling collection of homemade Vietnamese sweets will bring back all the good memories of the old Tet such as Vietnamese lotus seed cake, Vietnamese tapioca with mung bean sweet soup, and sticky rice filled mung bean in ginger syrup. Other exotic desserts include chocolate tiramisu, bake cheese cake, peach almond tart, carrot cake, crème caramel and Teppanyaki ice cream station.

The buffet is served from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and priced at VND1,600,000++ per pax. 

Li Bai Restaurant’s signature Yee Sang and sumptuous Lunar New Year a la carte menu will bring guests lots of luck, abundance, and wealth during the whole year.

Diners can enjoy a wonderful combination of vibrant flavors in Yee Sang dish with salmon, braised pork knuckle with sea moss, braised abalone soup with pumpkin, wok fried baby lobster with chili sauce, braised abalone with sea cucumber and mushroom, steamed twin fish Hong Kong style, braised mixed abalone with seafood and assorted meat, stir fried seasonal vegetable with mushrooms, pan fried homemade New Year cake and other delicious dishes.
